Channeling my artistic view at Pinto Art Museum

Have you ever considered working in a career involves art? I did. When I was younger, suffused with passion and determined to work in the world of colors and patterns. I got a job as Web Designer and my first task was to create a logo for a project, Awesome!

Heck, took me a week just to create a decent one. I thought, "Maybe because i'm lacking inspiration". For three years, I tried and tried several times and it becomes harder each day. Turned out, desire is not sufficient. Skills are important as well. To make the story short, I ditched the job and work as a programmer instead, though it's still related to designs.

Anyhow, my love for art is still intact. I'm drawn to different designs, ornaments, sculptures, anything that involve colors. I go to museums and gardens to satisfy my eyes, heart and soul. 

Pinto Art Museum is situated in Antipolo,  a two hour drive from Manila. It consists of contemporary arts showcasing the paintings and sculptures of talented Filipino artists. The santorini-inspired architecture of Pinto makes it worth visiting by anyone.

Dating an Extraordinary Woman

I date my mama. Do you? I hope you can answer yes.

My mama is an epitome of a strong woman. She's not your typical mama. She had to endure a lot of pain - physically and emotionally for us to be like what we are right now.

I may not repay her in terms of money, because frankly, there is no equivalent monetary, not even lifetime service.

When I was a child we didn't have time to be closed to each other because she had to work non-stop so I've decided to do simple things now until ... forever

Anyway, my mama is an excellent cook. And yes, sweety, she can talk! I tell you it's hard to please her taste. So, to avoid long argument hehe I usually bring her in the place where food is different from her everyday meal.

French fries ( should have mayo + ketchup as dip or else ...😄)

Sonya's Blooming Garden

Do you love flowers? I do.  The refreshing smell makes me wanna shut my eyes o ff and be in la-la land. In fact it's been my dream to have a big garden with plethora of different flowers. 🌻

 I love colors and patterns, hence the love for 🌺. Even pictures of them do wonder in my soul. That's why I've been begging girltravelfactor to teach me how to photograph ( maybe someday I'll join yourshot ), she's been doing an amazing job in her collection. Stunning isn't?

My boyfriend and I loves to take short-distance travel. He loves driving and I love travelling. Perfect! Sonya's Garden has been our go-to place on weekends, holidays or even boredom days. The garden itself is rejuvenating. It so peaceful that you'll have to surrender to its beauty and never go back in polluted air of Manila.

  The array of exotic blooms are simply mesmerizing.

Complete your visit by going to the popular Panaderia which serves buttery and creamy hispanish bread.
